10 Things to Know

10 Things to Know is honestly one of the nicest initiatives I have came across recently. Created by health professionals, 10 Things to Know sets out to support, encourage and inspire fellow colleagues and I was delighted to have been able to contribute to this.

Working as any type of health professional is often impossibly difficult, the media is constantly bashing the issues with our frankly amazing (but severely under-funded) health service and 10 Things to Know is providing a perfect break from this rhetoric.

We should spend more time building each other up rather than tearing each other down for inadequacies with the system. In such challenging circumstances your colleagues become your family and 10 Things to Know is extending this family across the internet.

I would encourage anyone health professional or not to follow 10 Things to Know on Twitter, here to brighten up your news feed!
